WestWood AI LLC / Material & Measure
Privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026
Scope and contact
WestWood AI LLC offers Material & Measure, a Framer website template. This policy covers our Material & Measure demo, template distribution and related contact or support interactions. It does not cover unrelated business activities or a buyer’s adapted website. The architecture studio depicted in the demo is fictional; this policy describes the template service, not an architecture practice.
For questions about this policy or your information, email westwoodaillc@gmail.com.
Demo visits and referral links
Framer hosts the demo. Framer describes its native analytics as cookie-free, using no persistent identifiers and a daily-changing calculation to count visitors. This description is limited to Framer’s native analytics; it does not describe every Marketplace, account, referral or support interaction. The supplied demo has no working contact form or newsletter sign-up, and no paid advertising campaign is in use for it.
We can access Framer Marketplace analytics and Dub attribution reports to understand template traffic and referral activity. Our Marketplace template link uses Framer’s referral infrastructure, including Dub. Following it may process click, device, referral and conversion information for attribution. Eligible hosting purchases may result in a commission. These services explain their own processing in the policies linked below.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message and attachments. We use it to understand and respond to your request and investigate relevant template questions or defects. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Only the owner of WestWood AI LLC and an OpenAI-powered assistant handle these support interactions directly. Gmail provides the email service. The assistant reads the inbox through a connected service and prepares relevant summaries in the owner’s private chat. The assistant does not send automated replies. Support information is therefore processed through AI services as well as Gmail.
Service providers and access
Direct handling by the owner and assistant does not mean that no service providers process information. Google provides Gmail; OpenAI supports the assistant and private chat; Framer hosts the demo and provides Marketplace services and analytics; Dub supports referral attribution. Their processing is governed by their own policies and, where applicable, customer agreements and account settings. We do not promise that information is processed only within Gmail or that providers use identical retention rules.
How long information is kept
Our selected retention practice is to keep support messages and relevant summaries while needed to handle the request. We review resolved Material & Measure support requests and their related summaries 12 months after resolution to decide whether they are still needed or can be minimized or deleted. This practice does not apply to unrelated Gmail correspondence. This is a review point, not automatic deletion or a promise that every record is erased after 12 months. Records may be kept longer when needed for a continuing business purpose or a legal requirement.
Provider retention, backups and deletion behavior remain subject to each service’s policies and settings. Analytics and attribution records are managed through Framer’s and Dub’s available controls; the support-review schedule does not set their retention periods.
Privacy requests
You can email westwoodaillc@gmail.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete information related to your interactions with us. We will honor deletion requests where possible and explain any reason we need to retain information. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Your available rights and our response obligations depend on applicable law; additional rights or exceptions may apply.
Your adapted website
A buyer who adds forms, integrations, tracking or other features to their own template copy is responsible for assessing and describing that website’s own data practices.
Provider policies
OpenAI’s business-offering content processing may be governed by customer agreements rather than its linked privacy policy.
